Reminder: Picture day

1.Picture day is today - Monday, May 23rd. 

2.There will be NO PRACTICE 

3.NO SWIMMING – swimmers may not get in the pool today 

4.PARENT SUPERVISION - Parents must stay on-site until the end of team photos with swimmers who do not independently get to the pool and back home. All swimmers must exit the pool area after the team photo. 

Schedule: 

@ 4:30 pm - Individual and sibling photos 

@ 5:30 pm - Team photo 

Please try to arrive before 5:30 pm; we begin to lose daylight quickly after the team picture.

If you cannot make it before 5:30 pm, you may take individual and sibling pictures after the team photo. 

Picture Order Form & Payment 

Order Forms - If you plan to purchase an individual, sibling, or team photo, please print and bring your filled-out form to picture day – this helps the process run smoothly.
Your child will need to have an order form while waiting in line. Extra order forms will be available if you cannot bring a copy. 

Payment - You may pay with cash, check, Venmo with no processing fees, or PayPal with a $2.00 processing fee. All payment details are on the bottom of the order form. 

Attire: 

We will hand out team t-shirts to wear in the group photo. For individual/sibling pictures, you may wear your team suit or team t-shirt.
