We’re excited to host this weekend’s meet at home! Please review the important information below to ensure your swimmer is prepared:

🏊♂️ Meet Details

Date: Saturday, June 21, 2025
Meet: Briar Flyers, SV Dolphins vs BGP Stars @ Briar Flyers
Location: Briar Village Pool
📍 13902 Piping Rock Ln., Houston, TX 77077
Meet Start Time: 9:00 AM
Arrival Time: Swimmers must arrive by 7:30 AM

🔥 Warm-Up Schedule

• Briar Flyers: 8:00–8:15 AM (Lanes 1–6)
• SV Dolphins: 8:15–8:30 AM (Lanes 1–6)
• BGP Stars: 8:30–8:45 AM (Lanes 1–6)

📋 Upon Arrival

• Swimmers must check in with their coach
• Coaches will write events on swimmers' arms with a Sharpie
  ➤ This must be done before applying sunscreen and while swimmers are dry

🚨 During the Meet

• Swimmers must remain in the team area unless reporting for an event
• Parents who are not volunteering should assist Kid Wranglers and Clerks by helping keep swimmers in place

🚗 Parking Reminder

• Walking is encouraged
• No parking on the north and east sides of neighborhood streets
• Do not block driveways or mailboxes
• Park on one side only to ensure access for emergency vehicles

❗ Emergency Absences

If an emergency prevents your swimmer from attending, please let us know as soon as possible so relays can be adjusted.

👕 Team Shirts & Suits

Please wear your 2025 team shirt along with any Briar Flyers competitive team suit or a plain black or navy competitive swimsuit.

📦 What to Bring – Swimmer Checklist

• Team competition swimsuit (or solid black/navy)
• Swim cap + hair ties if needed
• Goggles (properly adjusted)
• Refillable water bottle
• Sunscreen (apply after warm-up and event marking)
• Extra towel
• Snacks or cash for concessions
• Labeled gear
• Optional: Chair for designated team area
